Shipping& Returns

 

All Vintage Bonbon sales are final. No returns are accepted and no cancellations once the order has been processed.

Each item that we sell displays a detailed description stating the condition of the product. 

Our vintage items are sold as seen, and may show signs of wear - therefore please check the images and item description carefully before making your purchase. Our items all ship via Express Shipping from Italy or Germany. If you order from outside of the EU, customs taxes may apply, which are to be paid by the customer.

We do have a processing time of maximum 7 days for every order. Should there be any delays, you will be notified via e-mail. If you need your items faster, please contact us beforehand to make sure the item is available to ship within 24 hours. 

Please check all measurements/sizing of our items carefully before you purchase.

Unfortunately there are no exceptions to this policy.

Lost or stolen packages:  If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the shipping courier first and send us an email. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We are not liable for goods once we have provided tracking.
